“They probably feel the music box’s systems move. It’s probably more of an earthquake combined with music,” Salim mused. “I would imagine that to them, that song and the sound of someone winding the music box up are signs of disaster. Moving the music box too, considering how it can shift things around if whoever moves it isn’t careful.”
“So, kind of like if some larger-than-life being grabbed our world and moved it around but without the ill effects it would have on the solar system level.”

Damn, living inside a music box would be terrible! Also this kinda reminds me of that one Rick and Morty episode with a world inside the car battery lol
