Challenge: Write a horror story. It must have at least one palindromic word and/or a palindromic wordcount. Optionally, make the theme Mirrors. Optionally, a mirror must be a prominent character or otherwise central object in your story.
Hannah stared at the mirror. The reflection was all wrong, its eyes cobalt blue and hairline bloodied. It was not her; she had checked — her hairline was dry. No blood coming out of her anywhere.
Yet the reflection mirrored her every move, a twisted smirk on its face.
Then Hannah realized what it actually was.
It was the real her and she was the false reflection.
